I wish I could give negative five stars cuz this postal service sucks they don't treat you with respect the guy at the annex is a complete douchebag and we can't get any answers they promised to call back they didn't they're not doing s*** the mail never arrives on time
often find my mail on the ground in a puddle, that is provided that the mail is even ever delivered. late every day. fail mail. I wish i could give a lesser rating.

I am receiving mail for the previous resident (including their mail-in ballot!) going on 6 months. I filled out a vacant card upon moving in notifying the carrier of the last name of us new residents. The previous owner put in 2 change of address requests, and we know it went through because we received the confirmation at our address. I have returned every piece of mail of the previous resident with the notation "Moved left no address", "Return to sender, wrong address", etc. I have spoken with the carrier's supervisor, and still (!) most of the mail we receive is for the prior resident.
