Absolutely Amazing!! They did a fantastic job with my 4yr old!! They actually got her to go into the picture (xray) room without me, my daughter started to get a little sassy and they handled it in a very stern and professional way.. my lo has respect for them because of how they treated her! Definitely would recommend this place!!! Plus It's so cute inside and very visually fun
I have 5 children who have been seeing Dr. Davis since early 2016 at Milestone. Through the past 9 years we have been through three different pediatric dentist offices. Milestone is far beyond any of my expectations for a pediatric dentistry office. Their staff works with anxiety and other unseen special needs like a walk in the park. Where I have seen other offices get exasperated and short on patience, they seem to have a never ending supply. They always know who my children and I are and remember their personalities. I am so grateful for their work and care! Dr Davis is able to piece things together and really is up to date on education. He is so kind and easy to talk with. He really does well speaking to the kids intelligently so they know what is happening not just the parent. They have fun events and great incentives for children. My children have taken a greater role in their own oral health and love to keep their teeth healthy and clean. They know what food is better for them and it is so nice to have a whole office of people to add to our village that stand with us and our parenting. I now have children who were scared to be near a dentist office ask when they get to go back.
Nice facility, but they do not clearly check all of your insurance coverage. They also do not inform you of extra services you may or may not be charged for. When I received my statement from my insurance it said I owed money, called the dentist and they said I didn't owe anything. A few days ago I received a bill, I called to find out more information and they said it's my fault for not knowing my coverage doesn't include x- Ray's and flouride each time for my daughter.
I bring all three kids to this location and they do so much better at the dentist now. They are super fast and make the kids feel so comfortable. Today my nervous seven year old needed a small cavity filled and the assistant took her back and showed her everything they'll do and use and she didn't even need mom to come back with her which to me, was huge. They had her cavity filled before brother was done with his cleaning and she was smiling when she came out. Kudos to Milestone and Dr. Davis for making this a good experience and not a battle when I say it's time to go to the dentist.
By far my kids favorite dental office. We are military family, just recently moved to Lake Stevens. Having to move every 2-3 yrs makes it stressful for my kids to get used to a dentist over and over again. The entire office, the minute we walked in during our first visit was AMAZING. The environment is very kid friendly and the staff, from front desk check-in to X-rays and teeth cleaning was/is phenomenal! They were so sweet, understanding and most of all patient with my nervous little 4 yr. old son. Dr. Davis was absolutely wonderful with my 4 yr. old little man and my 11 yr. old princess. They couldn't stop talking about their visit after we left. I wholeheartedly recommend Milestone Kids Dentistry!
