The office staff is very unprofessional. A week before my wedding I had an appointment to get work done so I could look my best for pictures. It was a Saturday appointment 8am the only time I had available I confirmed my appointment 2 different times by email and at 7:30 that morning found out they pulled me off the schedule and filled my spot with other patients. I called their office and left messages and no one responded. I now have no other time to get this work done before the wedding. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend this office to anyone. This one star rating is mainly A reflection on the front counter employees not the assistants
I just had the most amazing dental visit! The service was excellent, the ladies at the front were friendly, Dr. Jason and Nicci are incredibly talented, and the list goes on and on. I highly recommend All Smiles Dentistry.
The front staff was so happy and nice when greeting me, and the doctor's and the staff in the back were professional and took the time to help educate my daughter's on the over all health benefits of good dental hygein. Over all great experience and we will be a patient's for life.
I love this place! I had Mindy one of the hygentist do my X-rays and Terri another hygentist do my cleaning, both very kind, gentle, and informative ladies. Also Dr. Jason used a cool camera for my exam where I could actually see what he was seeing! This helped motivate me to up my brushing and flossing skills, oh and that I actually need a night guard, I could see the grinding spots on my teeth! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! :)
I have been seeing Dr Steinhubel for almost 10 years. He and his staff are so kind and caring and knowledgeable I would be at a great loss if they ever retire. I even got my husband to go now for regular check ups after crowning a tooth and believe me if they were not great neither of us would be going to a dentist at all probably. But the care we get there is unequaled to any other place we have gone to and I have lived here for 35 years so I have been through a lot of dentist's who I never went back to. Husbands wives and children will love him and his staff I promise :)
