Like really? I'm wanting to go to your auction but I need to know how many units there will be to be worth the trip. So how do you attract customers? You yell at them on phone? No. That's not it at all.
Fraud !! Stay away !! I rented a u haul truck from the u haul web site. I prepaid for my truck. I had added my son as a driver . I sent him to pick up the truck the sales person altered my contract in order to sell my son unneeded insurances. I had rejected the insurance as it is not needed. The sales person lied to my son in order to receive a commission. I called u haul and the said the site mananger would e mail me . In a e mail he said my son was at fault. I explained I am the person who made the contract and the can not change it. This was fraud! I had to call my credit card company and they said it was fraud and reversed the charges. Stay away from this place!! They are thieves and liars. Management are weak cowards who will not do right because they get commission also.
Nice facility clean and safe
Would give negative stars if I could. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I called to verify how many units would be up for auction the next day, but instead what I got was a RUDE woman going off on me about how she doesn't have time to tell me that. Then just hung up on me.
