Officer Irwin harassed me after i complained he had allowed a 14 yo child to be detained in a locked room for over 4 hours with no charges. As a matter of fact Mr Snow Principal at Cavelero had me trespassed as soon as he heard of the complaint. With complaint to School Board Collins I was trespassed from all schools in lake stevens plus any sports activities they may have. We have discovered a prostitution ring being run by a mother, Amber Sandefer, of the student that officer Irwin takes to lunch and appointments etc as resource officer. Now that mother has stated openly that she and her daughter Shelby Winther will say whatever Officer Irwin wants to put me in prison unless i pay her 5,000.00. Irwin supposedly the investigator refuses to take the complaint and stated that if I contact him again he will handle it appropriately? Cheif Dwyer refuses to take a personnel complaint with two independent witnesses. More cover up in Lake Stevens just like THOR matter and others that the elected leaders are keeping mum on.
Went here today to get my passport. I literally was in and out of there under 10 mins. I was greated with a smile from a female officer and all the other officers were very friendly. I had filled the application online and got my picture done at the station. I would recommend coming her to get your passports done!
I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISSAPOINTED WITH A POLICE FORCE...I was witness to a very dear friend being assulted by a woman known for her mental instability and because of the size difference the innocent party taking to jail and the officer failed to lock her dead bolt resulting in the woman burglerizing her home . We reported the break in they came dropped off statements but did not even take pictures of the damage to the door jam bag the knife used only lied saying he did lock the dead bolt if that were true she couldn't have pried the door open .so that evening she returns to her home to find this lady on her porch calls the police to come help her and they take her to jail again leaving this lady to the innocent party's home she had just robbed earlier that day giving her residency and sweeping there negligence resulting in property loss and damage under the rug . So sad now she has to get this crazy woman somehow evicted out of her home that she has no legal rights to be there . Now this innocent person has no home a crazy lady living in her home taking anything she wants of her belongings . And can't return to her place all for trying to help a drugged out crazy lady get into treatment ..
