Usually pretty quick, even when they're really full. The new online check-in really helps as well.

After waiting the time the board stated someone walking in with 2 boys and stated that her name was on the board an hour and a half prior. Even though my son was, next we waited another 25 minutes because they took the two other boys prior. Now, I understand that technology doesn't always work but communication is a human thing and something this shop completely lacks. We weren't spoken to or informed we just sat and waited. We will not return to this place not because we waited but because we waited without someone talking to us and explaining or even asking if it's ok. I can't help it if this person left and stayed away too long missing their allotted time. Communicate next time. Rude and complete lack of customer service.

Great service! I was a little nervous about taking my two year old to get a haircut since he can be a little antsy but I was amazed how Stephanie was able to keep him calm and still. Kira did a great job on mine and my husbands hair. We will definitely be going back:)
