My wife and I are truly loyal customers to our chosen businesses and all I expect is to be treated, after a while, like a regular. I have chosen to change my review to this (4 stars).
We recommend them to everyone we know! We unfortunately have had some cars that needed lots of work. They have fixed everything we have brought to them in a timely manner! It is usually not as expensive as anticipated, which is always great right!? Nothing but positive experiences with them!! As my teenager says 10 out of 10 would recommend!
They cost a bit but the work done is perfect
After this I was contacted by the gentleman and he was truly concerned about the review. I personally think this is a HUGE step in assuring that you are running a company correctly and focusing on customer service.
I am a regular here I have been for almost 2 years there is obviously a reason why I keep going back try to help by the way their prices are very reasonable
I left a pretty bad review about this place after speaking to someone on the phone and getting pretty short responses. I followed up with what I "felt" was an almost detached conversation when dropping the car off. This left me with a feeling that being a long time customer means nothing to this company.
Scheduled an 8am appointment three days in advance. Showed up, on time, and was informed they "didn't have time to get to me today." No call, no email, just canceled as I walked through the door.
We will continue to patronize this company as the work we generally get done is QUICK and well defined. Thanks Lake Stevens Automotive. Remember the people that call you may have not had the same busy, annoying, or crappy day, shake it off before dealing with customers. :)
