ust took a deposit to the drive thru and the man the helped my husband and myself was very polite and very helpful no rudeness here. Maybe the customer needs to give as much respect to the employees helping as she expects from them. Thank you.

In the three weeks I've been going here almost daily the staff have always been pleasant and helpful.
This bank is very friendly and helpful. Every time I have gone to this location was good.
I really hate paying $7 to cash a check there, but I really hate that when they offer to open me an account so I don't have to pay the $7 anymore and I say no I'm not interested it turns into the next 10 minutes the same thing over and over and over and all the many reasons why I should.. believe me people already know the reasons why they should or shouldn't they don't need to be convinced.. or annoyed into opening an account they don't want. As I finally gave in the other month and open a NO overdraft guaranteed account and I somehow managed to still be overdrawn by $2 the first month so no overdraft guarantee was a bunch of crap
